步骤：

一、登陆旧版GV

这里提供旧版Google Voice管理地址：戳我进入

二、增加号码

找到最左边的“Phones”，然后然后选择Chiange/Port

三、选号

之后在弹出的对话框中一直下一步，直到可以选号：

四、支付

确定号码以后也是下一步，然后会提示你需要支付，这里可以选用信用卡支付

支付成功最后会返回一个订单码，此时说明已经成功了

五、永久化

返回之后，你会发现“Phones”下多了个新号码和新选项

但不需要在这里把号码永久花，此时需要跳转到Google Voice新版界面中：https://voice.google.com/u/0/settings，然后你会看到：

最后再返回旧版界面，就会看到成功了2个号码了

这里需要插播一句，理论上旧号码已经是永久保留的，新号码还需要像以前一样每隔三个月以内发短信/打电话一次。

还有很多很好的号码，快行动起来吧！

此次10刀变永久可能是真BUG，目前服也无法看出是真永久还是假永久，最后结论 只能等90天后看假永久保留的号是否会被删除了，不知道谷歌是否会为了20刀删号

I see that you wanted to check with us if your Google Voice number ending in **0319 is a permanent number.

Our record shows that you have changed your number on the 23rd of April and you were able to keep your voice number permanent. Please be advised that only ported numbers are kept as permanent numbers.

When you decided to keep the number after the number change process, the system allowed both of the Google Voice numbers to be active. This allows you to enjoy both Google Voice numbers however the number may still be reclaimed by Google if not used for 45 days.

As of the moment we are working on improving our services, due to this can you confirm if the changes were made using Google Voice Legacy or is it through the new Google Voice interface? We would appreciate it if you can send us a screenshot of the page so we can further investigate the issue.
